Question by hayyyyy.: detailed apartment search for apts. with all or some utilities included?
Im looking for an apt search to find apartments in my area (Detroit-metro) with all or some included but i can’t seem to find one. I don’t want to weed through every apartment, just ones that at least include heat!
I don’t want to call. I am looking specifically for an online search site before i have to do calling around.
I just want an advanced search that says “utilities included…”
And you check the box with the utilities you desire to be included.
Or something of that nature.

generally in a complex of apts. or condo’s sometimes the utilities are on one central box and that would allow the utililities to be included in the rent
if your apt has a separate meter, you will pay the utilities

btw-you can buy as easily as you can rent!
Try calling some bigger apartment rental companies or complexes. That would probably be your best bet.
